INGREDIENTS
| 2 | tb | Margarine |
| 2 | tb | Onion; minced fine |
| 1 | c | Rice |
| 1 | tb | Dried parsley |
| 1 | c | Cheddar cheese; grated |
| 3 | c | Chicken or beef broth |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine in a "stovetop to oven" type casserole dish (about a 9 inch round one will do) Add onions and sauté until tender. Add Rice and stir for a few minutes. Stir parsley, then cheese into rice. Pour chicken or beef broth over rice. Put casserole in the oven and bake for 45 mins. to 1 hour... until all liquid is absorbed. Just bake the same way.
