1 | lb | Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated |
1 | c | Chopped pecans |
2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | Onion, finely chopped | |
1 | Clove garlic, pressed | |
1/2 | t | Tabasco |
1 | c | Strawberry jam |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix first 6 ingredients together thoroughly. Place in a greased ring mold. Refrigerate overnight. Unmold onto serving plate and place strawberry jam in the center. Serve with crackers. MRS. LUCY W.
