Dairy French Appetizer 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb Soft natural Cheddar cheese
3 tb Dry mustard
1/3 ts Tabasco sauce
1 tb Accent
1/2 c Beer

INSTRUCTIONS

Allow cheese to stand at room temperature for about 1 hr. to soften. Place
in electric mixer & blend in remaining ingredients at low speed until
smooth. Serve w/ crackers, Melba toast or toasted French bread.
