INSTRUCTIONS
Roll out the pastry to approximately 4mm (1/4inch) depth. Brush with
the melted butter and sprinkle over the fennel and mustard seeds.
Sprinkle over the grated cheese. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes
or until the butter has solidified again.
Cut the pastry into long strips 2cm (1inch) wide and twist. Place each
twisted strip onto a baking tray and place into a preheated oven for
5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
