Name: Cheese Tomato Pie
Ingredients: 4 sl Bread; cubed; 2 md Tomatoes; chopped; 1/4 ts Basil; 1 1/2 c Grated cheedar or swiss cheese; 2 Eggs; beaten; 1 c Milk; Salt and pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS

4	sl	Bread; cubed
2	md	Tomatoes; chopped
1/4	ts	Basil
1 1/2	c	Grated cheedar or swiss cheese
2		Eggs; beaten
1	c	Milk
		Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Place bread in a greased 1-quart casserole. Add tomatoes. Sprinkle basil
and cheese over tomatoes. In small bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
Pour egg mixture over casserole. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
