Ingredients: 2 Butter or margarine; 2 c Grated sharp cheese; 2 c Crispy rice cereal; 1/4 ts Red pepper; 2 c Plain flour; 1 ts Salt

INGREDIENTS

2		Butter or margarine
2	c	Grated sharp cheese
2	c	Crispy rice cereal
1/4	ts	Red pepper
2	c	Plain flour
1	ts	Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream butter. Add cheese with electric mixer & mix well. Stir in cereal.
Sift & measure flour. Add salt & red pepper to cheese mixture. Roll into
3/4-inch balls. Flatten thin with fork on baking sheet. Bake at 375 for 10
minutes. This will take the place of cheese straws if you have no cookie
press.
