INGREDIENTS

1 lb Ground beef
3/4 c Chopped onion
1 Condensed cheddar cheese
Soup, 10 3/4 oz
1 c Frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c Milk
2 c "Bisquick" baking mix
3/4 c Water
1 c Cheddar cheese, shredded

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Generously grease 13x9x2" baking dish.  Cook
beef and onion in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain.  Stir  in
soup, vegetables and milk.  Stir baking mix and water in baking dish
until moistened; spread  evenly. Spread beef mixture over batter;
sprinkle with cheese. Bake  30 min.  Prep time:  12 min Bake time: 30
