INGREDIENTS

8 oz Ground Turkey Breast
1 c Celery; finely chopped
1/2 c Onion; finely chopped
1 cn Campbell's 98% Fat-Free Cream of Mush. Sou
1 1/3 c Skim milk
1 1/3 c Instant rice; uncooked
3/4 c Nonfat cheddar cheese; shredded
1 ts Parsley; chopped
1/4 ts Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

In a large skilled sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown
meat, celery and onions. Stir in soup and skim milk. Add uncooked
rice, cheese, parsley and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
Lower heat, cover and simmer for 6-8 mins, or until rice is tender,
stirring occasionally.
