INSTRUCTIONS
Combine rice mix and water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in 2/3 cup French Fried Onions, vegetables and cheese. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes until rice is tender, stirring. Sprinkle 2/3 cup onions over rice just before serving. Main dish tip: Stir 4 cups diced cooked chicken into rice mixture in step 2.
