INSTRUCTIONS
SETTING: White Bread / MANUAL Delicious with grilled hamburgers or cold meats. After the machine has completed the second rising, it will beep. Remove the dough and divide into 2 parts. Divide each half into 4 pieces. Shape each piece into a smooth ball, place on greased cookie sheet, flatten to a 4" diameter. Cover; let rise in warm place about 15 minutes. Combine 1 slightly beaten egg and one tablespoon water; brush on buns; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
