INGREDIENTS
| 6 | sl | White bread, torn into small pieces |
| 1 1/4 | c | Milk |

| 1 | tb | Spicy mustard |
| 1/2 | ts | Garlic powder |
| 1/2 | ts | Paprika |
| 1 | cn | SPAM Luncheon Meat, cubed (12 oz) |
| 2 | c | Shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided |
| 1/2 | c | Chopped onion |
| 1/2 | c | Shredded Monterey Jack cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oven to 375'F. In large mixing bowl, combine bread, milk, eggs, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika. With electric mixer, beat at medium speed 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in SPAM, 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, and onion. Pour into greased 12x8" baking dish. Bake 25 minutes. Top with remaining Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
