INSTRUCTIONS
ZIPPY GREEN DRESSING
Prepare vegetables and cheese. Combine all the ingredients and toss in
Zippy Green Dressing.
Zippy Green Dressing:
Combine all the ingredients in a screw top jar. Cover and allow to
stand at room temperature for 1 hour. Shake to blend thoroughly.

NOTES : A lovely salad idea which mixes smoked and white fish with
all the traditional salad vegetables and cheese thrown in for good
measure. Add life to this zestful salad by tossing it in a zippy
green dressing.
