INGREDIENTS
2 | Eggs, slightly beaten | |
1/4 | c | Lemon juice |
3 | T | Butter or margarine |
3/4 | c | Sugar |
1 | t | Lemon peel, fresh grated |
1 | ds | Salt |
1 | 3 oz pkg. cream cheese |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a heavy pan mix eggs, juice, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil while stirring over low heat, then cook 3 more minutes. Beat cream cheese and lemon peel. When egg mixture is cool, blend into cheese until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
