Wash & dry fish. Combine milk & salt: combine bread crumbs & cheese.
Dip fish in milk, roll in crumbs. Place fish in a single layer in
well greased 15*10*1" baking dish; pour butter over fish & sprinkle
liberally with paprika. Bake in 500 oven 8-10 minutes.
