Cheesy Sloppy Joe Pizza

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Bisquick baking mix
1/3 c Very hot water
1 lb Ground beef
1 cn ( 15 1/2oz) original sloppy joe sauce
1 c Shredded Wisconsin Cheddar cheese; (4 oz)
2 Roma tomatoes; thinly sliced
1 md Green onion; sliced, (2 Tbsp)

INSTRUCTIONS

Move oven rack to lowest position. Heat oven to 450º. Grease cookie sheet
or 12-inch pizza pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms.
Press dough into 12-inch circle on cookie sheet or press in pizza pan,
using fingers dipped in baking mix; pinch edge to form 1/2-inch rim. Cook
beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until
brown; drain. Stir in sloppy joe sauce. Spoon beef mixture over dough.
Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and
cheese is bubbly. top with tomatoes and green onion. 8 servings
