INSTRUCTIONS
Cook onion in butter till tender. Prepare muffin mix according to package
directions, adding the onion. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Mix sour
cream and cheese; spoon about 1 tsp atop batter in each pan. Bake in 400
degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes before removing.
Makes 10 to 12 muffins.
