Cheesy Tenderlean Pork Chops With Rice

INGREDIENTS

4 Tenderlean Pork Chops
1 Dessert apple, peeled cored
and
grated
50 g Edam cheese, grated 2oz
Salt and freshly ground
black pepper
Apple slices, to garnish
250 g Cooked rice, to serve 8oz

INSTRUCTIONS

Trim the fat from the chops and place them under a preheated moderate
grill for approximately 8 minutes, turning once, until browned. Mix
the apple, cheese and seasoning to taste. Place a spoonful of the
mixture on top of each chop and return to the grill for 5 minutes,
until the cheese melts. Garnish with apple slices and serve with
