Cut chicken into pieces. Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine until
tender. (don't let burn). Combine everything and place in a casserole dish
and bake at 350 1/4 for 40 minutes. You can vary the amount of chicken and
I only use 1/2 stick margarine.
