INGREDIENTS

1/8 c Salt
1/8 c Sugar
1/2 c Yellow onion; minced
1 tb Dry mustard
1 tb Black pepper
1/3 c Garlic; minced
1 c Porter
1 c Soy sauce
1/2 c Brewed coffee
1/2 c Red wine vinegar
3/4 c Honey
1 c Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk together ingredients. Use hanger or flank steak. Marinade 24-48
hours.
