INSTRUCTIONS
* beat oil and sugar (or substitute 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce) *
add 2 eggs * stir in bananas * sift in flour, soda, and salt * add
vanilla , cherries, and chocolate chips * bake 350¡ 60 -65 minutes
