INGREDIENTS

16 1/2 oz Cherries In Syrup; Pitted
Vegetable Cooking Spray
2 2/3 c 2% Low-Fat Milk
3/4 c All-Purpose Flour
1/2 c Sugar
2 tb Vanilla Extract
1/4 ts Salt
1 lg Egg
1 lg Egg White
1/4 c Sugar
1 tb Powdered Sugar
2 2/3 c Vanilla Frozen Yogurt; Low-Fat

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 375°. Place cherries in an 8-inch square baking dish
or deep-dish quiche dish coated with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine milk and next 6 ingredients (milk through egg white); stir
well with a whisk. Pour over cherries; sprinkle with 1/4 cupu sugar.
Bake at 375° for 1 hour and 55 minutes or until set. Dust with
powdered sugar. Server warm; top each serving wtih 1/3 cup frozen
yogurt.
