INSTRUCTIONS
I put the cream cheese, condensed milk, and pineapple juice in a
mixing bowl and used my electric mixer to whiz this to a creamy
consistency. Then I folded in nuts, 1 can of cherry pie filling,
pineapple, and cool whip. Now use the other can of the cherry pie
filling to make a ring around the top. Then throw some chopped nuts
on it!! I put this in a beautiful crystal dish. Looked like I worked
for hours...... Put in the refrigerator to chill. I was out of the
kitchen in about 45 to 50 minutes Latkes included.
