INSTRUCTIONS
Pit and quarter the cherries and cover with the sugar. Let stand. Add to your favorite vanilla ice cream recipe when it is half frozen. Add a small amount of red food coloring if desired. Or you can fold the cherries into the frozen completed ice cream. If you would prefer to use canned cherries, use 3 cans and do not sugar them.
