Eggs Bars, Breakfast 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Sugar
1/2 c Softened margarine
2 T Honey
1/2 t Vanilla
1 Egg
1 c Flour
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Baking powder
1/4 t Salt
1 1/2 c Quick cooking oats
1 1/4 c Crisp rice cereal
1 c Chopped almonds
1 c Raisins
1/2 c Wheat germ

INSTRUCTIONS

Grease 13 x 9-inch microwave-safe baking dish. Cream sugars and
margarine until fluffy. Add honey, vanilla and egg; mix well. Blend  in
flour, baking powder and spices. Finally, stir in remaining dry
ingredients. Pour into dish. Microwave on 6 or 60% for 7 to 9 minutes
or until set. Rotate dish every 3 minutes. Bars will firm up as they
