INGREDIENTS
| 2 | tb | Evaporated Milk; or more as needed |
| 1/2 | ts | Rum Extract |
| 2 1/2 | c | Confectioner's Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine milk and rum flavoring in mixing bowl. Add sugar and knead in cherries until smooth and shiny. Shape in 6 inch logs, roll in wax paper and chill. Combine caramels (1/2 lb.) and 3 tbs. evaporated milk. Heat over boiling water until melted, stirring often. Turn in pie pan. Roll logs in caramel mixture then in pecans. Roll in wax paper and chill.
