INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pk | (3-oz) cherry-flavored gelatin |
| 1 | c | Boiling water |
| 1 | cn | (17-oz) pitted Bing cherries; drained |
| 1 | c | Commercial sour cream |
| 1/4 | c | Chopped pecans |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cherry juice. Chill until gelatin becomes syrupy. Stir in sour cream and blend thoroughly. Add cherries and nuts. Chill until firm. Yield: 6 servings.
