INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Strained marinade; reserved from filet mignon recipe
1 1/3 ts Finely chopped shallots
1 ts Lingonberry jelly
1 c Brown sauce (see recipe)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and simmer on low heat for 5
minutes. Lingonberry jelly is available at gourmet specialty shops if you
have difficulty finding it at your grocery store.
