1	c	Crushed ice
1		Pineapple slice

In a blender, combine the vodka, pineapple juice and coconut cream and
crushed ice.  Blend well at high speed. Pour into tall glass and garnish
with pineapple slice.
I suppose you could add some lemonade (I would suggest 2 oz) for something
resembling your recipe.
