1 c Milk
1 c Flour

1/2 ts Pepper
2 tb Salt
2 Chicken breasts; halved
Skinless; boneless

2 tb Butter; melted

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the peanut oil in a pressure cooker over medium heat toabout 400~. In
a small bowl beat the egg and stir in the milk. Ina separate bowl, combine
the flour, sugar, pepper and salt. Dipeach piece of chicken in milk until
it is fully moistened. Note. It is very important that your oil be hot
for thisrecipe. Test the temp by dropping some of the flour coating intothe
oil. If it bubbles repidly, your oil is probably hot enought;it should take
