INSTRUCTIONS
From: amwilson@juno.com (A Wilson) Date: Thu, 1 Aug 1996 03:55:21 PST In medium size saucepan over medium heat, saute' onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in margarine. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring mixture constantly with a wooden spoon until bubbly. Remove from heat. Using a whisk, stir in milk and broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
