Chicken a la Tootie

INGREDIENTS

8 Chicken Breast Fillets
2 c Progresso Flavored Bread Crumbs
1/2 c Water
1 ts Parsley Flakes
1/8 ts Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic; chopped fine
1 pn Oregano
1/2 c Lemon Juice
1 ts Salt
1 c Olive Oil
1/2 c Pecans; coarsely chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

Cover chicken thoroughly with crumbs and place in baking dish. Sprinkle
garlic over and around chicken. Then sprinkle with salt, pepper and
oregano. Mix water, lemon juice and parsley flakes together and pour one
half over chicken. Pour olive oil over chicken and bake in 350° oven for
about 1 hour. Pour rest of lemon juice mixture over chicken and sprinkle
pecans over this. Serve immediately.
NOTES : This is ummmmmm good. Lemon flavor comes through.
