INSTRUCTIONS
Place the chicken, apricots, potato and onion in a small saucepan
with a sprig of fresh parsley and barely cover with water or stock.
Simmer gently for approximately 6 to 7 minutes or until the chicken
and potato are cooked. Remove from the heat and puree, adding a
little milk, to achieve the required consistency.
