Chicken And Aspargus In Black Bean Sauce

INGREDIENTS

2 c Chicken breast, sliced thin
5 1/2 T Oil
1 t Thin soy
2 T Fermented Black Beans
3 Garlic cloves, chopped
2 Garlic cloves, chopped with
1 Ginger root, x
4 c Asparagus, fresh
Sliced in 1" diagonals
1 c Chicken stock
1 T Black soy
2 t Cornstarch, dissolved in
1 T cold water
1 T Oil
1 t Thin soy
1 T Cornstarch

INSTRUCTIONS

Marinate chicken.  Mash blackbeans with garlic and 1/2 teaspoon oil.
Heat wok. Add 2  tablespoons oil. Add blackbean mixture and asparagus.
Stir well. Add  half the chicken broth and stir fry about 5 minutes.
Set aside.  Heat wok. Add 2 tablespoons oil. Add garlic and ginger,
then chicken.  Stir until chicken is white. Add black soy, remaining
chicken broth,  and aspatagus mixture. Stir until thick.  Posted to
