Chicken And Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 Big Avocado. cut into small
pieces.
1 Chicken breast, cut into
strips
1 Onion, cut into small pieces
2 Tabl Sliced olives., I buy
them ready made
1 Carrot, cut into matches
size
2 Tabl Ketchup + few drops of
Tabasco
1 Tabl Olive oil
1/2 t Garlic powder
Salt, Fresh ground pepper
2 Tabls Sesame seed, or pine
nuts or pieces of peacun
nuts fry them slightly
in frying pan with out
oil.
Be careful not to burn
it

INSTRUCTIONS

Source: From my mother with love& more Family recipe.  In a big frying
pan ,or a whook, warm up the olive oil and fry  lightly the chicken,
add all ingredients -But - the avocado and  sesame seeds, Continue to
fry mixing all the time about 5 minutes.  Switch off heat. Note. Add
the avocado. Mix till well blended. Be  carful not to mash the avocado.
Just before serving, heat only once  the salad with the avocado in it.
Arrange 8 small serving plates with  lettuce leafs, On top put some of
the warm salad , and toss with some  sesame seeds. Note: At this stage,
you prepare the salad a head and  keep it in a warm place. Be careful
not to over heat the Avocado, as  it tends to get bitter.  Posted to
