Chicken And Bitter Melon Soup

INGREDIENTS

1 up to
2 c Chicken
1 Bitter melon
2 Leaves pickled cabbage
4 Water chestnuts
6 c Stock
1 t Salt
2 t Soy sauce
1 ds Pepper
2 up to
3 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Skin and dice chicken. Peel and dice fuzzy melon. Bring stock to a
boil. Add chicken and melon and simmer, covered, 15 minutes. Stir in
