INGREDIENTS

2 Chicken breasts
2 Celery sticks
2 T Oyster sauce
1 T Sesame oil
1/2 t Black pepper
1 T Sesame seeds
2 T Vegetable oil
1 T Garlic puree

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate in sesame oil and pepper.  Cut
the celery into diamond shapes.  Heat the oil and fry the garlic until
light brown, then add the  chicken and marinade, the celery and the
oyster sauce. Stir fry  rapidly for 2 minutes and serve hot.
