INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 c Water
2 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken-flavor ramen noodle soup mix
1 1/2 c Cubed cooked chicken
1 c Frozen peas and carrots
2 tb Chopped onion or 2 tsp. instant chopped onion
1 (2.5 oz.) jar Green Giant Sliced Mushrooms, drained

INSTRUCTIONS

In large saucepan, bring water to a boil.  Add ramen noodles,
seasoning packets, chicken, peas and carrots and onion; mix well.
Cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are
tender. Stir in mushrooms; cook until thoroughly heated.
(CAMPING TIP):  When camping, substitute an 8 ounce can of chunk
chicken in water, drained, in place of cubed chicken.  Substitute a
15 ounce can of peas and carrots for the frozen vegetables. Yield: 4
