INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle the Piri-Piri Seasoning onto the chicken. Heat the oil in a
large pan and stir-fry the chicken until brown. Add the sausage and
fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the tomatoes. After another couple of
minutes add the cream cheese, milk and 11/2 tsp Parsley. Cook until
bubbling and thickened and serve on a bed of pasta
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and the remaining Parsley.
