INSTRUCTIONS
Boil onions, celery, thigh meat and sausage with chicken stock and a
dash of salt and pepper. Cook approximately 45 minutes. Once the
chicken is cooked thoroughly, drain remaining liquid and use to steam
rice. Once rice is steamed, add chicken mixture and mix together with
rice. Serve hot.
