INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, sage, breadcrumbs, chilli,
Parmesan, cooked onions and mix well and season.
Take 2 pieces of ham and lay over each other in cross. Take around
170g(6oz)of the chicken mix and pat into a burger shape, placing in
the middle of the cross, fold the pieces of ham over into a parcel
shape. Cook for 10-12 minutes on a well heated oiled griddle pan.
To make the chips that AWT cooks with the chicken burger. Cut the
peeled potatoes into strips and cook them in oil at 170°C/300°F/gas
mark 2 to soften them and then turn up the heat to 190°C/375°F/gas
mark 5 and cook until crispy.
