INGREDIENTS

1 Chicken; cut up
Flour
Salt
Pepper
3 tb Oil
1 Green pepper
2 Cloves garlic; sliced
1 cn (1-lb) plum tomatoes
1 ts Salt
Pepper
1 ts Italian seasoning
Cayenne pepper
1/2 lb Mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the flour, salt, pepper in a plastic bag. Flour the chicken pieces and
brown in the oil. Remove chicken and add the green pepper and garlic. Saute
for 2 minutes. Add the chicken back to the pan with the tomatoes, salt,
pepper, Italian seasoning, and cayenne pepper. Cover and simmer 35 min. Add
the mushrooms and cook 15 more minutes. Serve with pasta or rissoto.
