Meats Chicken 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Bell pepper; chopped coarsely
1 md Onion; chopped
1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cn (16 oz) No Added Salt tomatoes; cut up, with juice
1 cn (8 oz) No Added Salt tomato sauce
2 ts Dried oregano
1 ts Dried basil
1 ts Parsley flakes
1/8 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt
4 Chicken breast halves; cut into chunks

INSTRUCTIONS

Directions: Place all ingredients except chicken into non-stick skillet.
Cook on medium until vegetables are almost tender. Add chicken, cook until
chicken and vegetables are tender. Serve over pasta or rice. Chicken
breasts may be left whole if desired.
