INGREDIENTS

200 g Chicken breast; cubed
1 Stalk celery; diced
10 Water chestnuts; halved
1 tb Yellow bean sauce
1 tb Rice wine or cider vinegar
1 ts Pepper
2 tb Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat the oil and fry the chicken pieces until half-cooked. Add the
celery and water chestnuts and continue frying for 2 minutes.
Add all the other ingredients and fry for a further minute. Serve hot.
