INGREDIENTS

4 c Diced; cooked chicken
4 c Chicken broth
1 1/2 c Diced celery
1 c Diced cheese
1 lg Onion; diced
2 Eggs; beaten
1 cn (10.75-oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 ts Pepper
2 ts Salt
1 c Water chestnuts (optional)
4 c Cracker crumbs

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except 1 cup cracker crumbs. Pour into large
casserole. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8-10.
