INGREDIENTS

700 g Chicken breast; skinned and boned
1 ts Salt or to taste
2 Cloves garlic; peeled and coarsely
; chopped, up to 3
2 tb Cooking oil
1 1/2 ts Ground coriander
1/4 ts Ground turmeric
1/4 ts Chilli powder; up to /2, up to
1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Finely-chopped coriander leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash the chicken and dry on absorbent paper. Cut into 1" cubes. Add
the salt to the garlic and crush to a smooth pulp. Heat the oil in a
frying pan over a medium heat, add the garlic and fry until lightly
browned.
Add the chicken and fry for 6-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Add the
ground coriander, turmeric and chilli powder. Fry for 3-4 minutes,
stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the lemon juice
and coriander leaves.
Serve hot or cold.
