INSTRUCTIONS
Place the ciabatta bottoms on two serving paltes, drizzle olive oil
and divide the chicken equally between them.
In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, pesto
and seasoning.
Spoon the dressing over the chicken and top with ciabatta. Decorate
with a bag of tropical salad.
