INSTRUCTIONS
* Remove Skin and all fat from the chicken.
Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat; cook,
stirring occasionally, until sugar melts and flavors are blended, about 10
minutes. Arrange chicken in a shallow pan, placing half slices of lemon
between and around chicken. Pour sauce over all, cover tightly with foil,
and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil, spoon juices over chicken, and
continue baking until well done (30 minutes or so). Serve with rice and
pass the sauce.
