Pound each chicken breast very thin between two sheets wax paper. Place
chicken breasts, skin side down on flat surface. Place a slice of ham then
a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up chicken, enclosing cheese
and ham. Secure with wooden toothpicks. Dip the rolls in melted butter and
then a mixture of the bread crumbs, salt, paprika, parsley flakes and pepper.
Place the rolls in a casserole dish so they are close together. Any extra
butter can be drizzled over the rolls. Bake at 375 F(190C) for about 35
minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
I usually add alot more spices to bread crumb mixture like basil or crushed
garlic.
