Roll Ritz crackers

Stick margarine or butter
Poppy seeds; (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook, debone and break chicken into large bite-sized pieces. Mix broth,
soup, sour cream, rice and garlic. Put in 9X9-inch baking dish. Place
chicken into dish. Crush crackers, saute in margarine. Put over chicken,
sprinkle with poppy seeds. Back uncovered at 350 degrees for about 45
minutes. This may be baked ahead, refrigerated and then warmed when needed.
