INGREDIENTS

1 c Uncooked macaroni
3/4 c Mayonnaise or salad
dressing
1 T Finely chopped onion
1/2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
1 L/2 Cups cut-up cooked
chicken
1 c Chopped cucumber
servings.

INSTRUCTIONS

Many macaroni shapes are now available. Choose from spiral, bow-tie,
elbow. ring or shell macaroni.  Cook macaroni as directed on package;
drain. Rinse with cold water;  drain. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and
pepper. Toss with macaroni,  chicken and cucumber Cover and refrigerate
